Not bad but more confusion, when the status was finally updated at UPS it said the product would be delivered on 12/14, it showed up on 12/10. Meanwhile UPS never updated my order status. The order was delivered to UPS with something wrong with the packaging, returned to the company, sent back to UPS, returned to the company AGAIN, and finally shipped to me. I paid for Fedex, for some reason they used UPS instead.
I didn't realize this was going to be ground shipping for the amount of $ I paid (I think 34.9% falls below the hazmat restriction and flies, 35% doesn't, but no one mentioned this.) 2. The product itself is great, but I ordered this on 11/21 and didn't receive it until 12/10.
